Melissa Goodwin
My name is Melissa Goodwin, a Realtor with Bridge Towne Sales & Marketing. Growing up in the Adirondacks in New York I was raised to be jack of all trades. I have held many jobs in my life; anything from building homes with my father, delivering the daily newspaper, shoveling snow from roofs & driveways, & bartending just to name a few. When My husband & I moved here in 1996 we had big dreams of a better life, better opportunities, & no more snow. We bought our first home, adopted 3 dogs from the local shelter & started our new life in Horry County. We really enjoy the southern hospitality that has been given to our whole family who has followed suit & moved here as well. My parents & I owned & opperated Lazy River Cafe' for 10 1/2 years, because of that we are part of the Conway family. When we decided to sell the cafe' we listed it with Bridge Towne. The experience was enough to convince me that if I had any plans of becoming a Realtor, Bridge Towne was the place for me. We as a company have down home country values with the big city market at our fingertips. This allows us to give all of our customers what the expect from a big corporation, but with a small town feel. We at Bridge Towne strive to make customers for life.
